Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times We ship to customers in the United States. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Delays Occasionally, orders may experience delays beyond our estimated timeframes due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, etc.). If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at karmellattae@gmail.com and we'll investigate right away.
Lost or Stolen Packages Treasured and True is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
